The Standard Process Service Fee is considered earned if any of the following events occur:

(1). The person to be served does not currently reside at the address provided by the client.

(2). The address provided by the client is vacant.

(3). Three unsuccessful attempts on different days (including weekends) and at different times of the day (before 7:00 a.m. and after 7:00 p.m.) have been made to serve the documents.
